Inconvénients
Harassment by people in management. I was hired on the post of Asst. Team Lead on 18/04/2016. I was told x amount of salary but the figure mentioned in the appointment letter was x-2500 INR. Rs 2500/- being monthly deduction, which i was not told for what. On 8th June,2016, I had some issue withe security guy of the company & I spoke what I felt. Seniors & the people in the management did not like it. I guess it was their insecurities. I was terminated immediately. I worked in the night shift and was commuting from Vadodara to Ahmedabad. At 11.00 pm, I was told to leave. & turn up next day. They had already made a call & told me to leave. They did not pay even singe rupee, even for 8 days of June & deductions of previous months. I was told it is as per their policy.
