Some coworkers were really great to work with. The dog-friendly environment and casual dress were a plus.

Dysfunction and nepotism, plus a lack of training and support from management taints the work envirinment. The owner is running the show, but isn't really engaged with the staff. Evaluations and opportunities for advancement are non-existant.

- Most of the staff is friendly enough - Neat labels come through the presses - Nice location

- The worst passive aggressive superiors I have ever felt with - Promises not kept or the opposite would occur - Titles and job descriptions have nothing to do with your actual work - Hostile working environments including yelling, creaming, doors slamming and blatant favoritism - No reviews or feedback on work performance - All inquiries in any dept are met with annoyance and hostility - No training information, introductions or hierarchy call chain. By the time I departed the role, I still didn't know all the employees names or their job titles.
