      Avantages

      Projects are really interesting, you can get to work across industries.

      Inconvénients

      The CEO will overcommit to the client and make you work for it. The company hires freshers and expects them to work like experienced employees. The pressure put is way more than needed, and you'll question every single day of you are worth anything in your field. The management will make you feel like your work is poor, while earning lakhs from it.

      Avantages

      My time at Parallel Labs was very engaging and informative. The projects I received were challenging and the environment is one which encourages trying new things.

      Inconvénients

      I think there could have been more focus on research during the projects rather than jumping directly into the design aspect of it.
