      Good pay and benefits. Employee owned and great profit sharing as stock value.

      Inconvénients

      No over arching company representation of Land Surveying. This is a civil engineering firm and expects their surveyors to act as a service to their engineers, as opposed to finding interesting survey specific work.

      - friendly and helpful coworkers - approachable supervisors and management - small-company feel despite Parametrix being fairly large - lots of opportunities to learn and grow in whatever field you choose

      Inconvénients

      - pay discrepancies between interns in different divisions
