8yThanks for the review, we appreciate your feedback regarding your time at CBSi. It is great that you enjoyed the location and your co-workers while with the Company. However, your note regarding your experiences with management are concerning, as this is in no way representative of the values and culture permeated from the CBSi HR or executive team. Although the processes may not be apparent to all employees, our internal compensation bands are reviewed several times per year to ensure that employees performing the same job are being compensated fairly and in line with market compensation data. With this in mind, we are still always looking to improve and your feedback is valued as we continue to improve communication in the future.
