Avantages
1) Great pool of talents across all departments 2) Fun and family like culture (used to) 3) There were moment of tense among senior leadership, but it's for the good of the company and preserving it's core and direction.
Inconvénients
1) New CEO - lacking strong vision and strategy for the company - breaking morale of everyone on his few weeks into jobs - too self-centered with almost non-existence empathy - insensitive and lack of respect to Singapore and Partior's culture - spending too much time trying to exert his authority through denial and micro-management - temperamental who can't take suggestion and feedback which are against his view. - an outspoken person but in the bad way.. - slowly planting toxic culture in a well passionate driven environment 2) Talents slowly and already planning to look out. Leaving with few dedicated folks who still carry hope for the better of Partior 3) WeWork office Wifi can be horrendously slow sometimes, making it hard to work effectively
