Avantages
- First principle, you won't be doing something you don't think it's going to work eventually. Discussion and sometimes candid conversation is well welcomed.
- Freedom & responsibility, you are given a lots of ownership very early on(in fact everyone does have ESOP)
- The Christchurch HQ is great, snacks + drinks + tap beer + electronic standing desks.
Inconvénients
- There's a lot of works, like, a lot, you don't need to overwork everyday (most people don't), but it's expected sometimes when things needs a push.
