      - Management actively looks for input and ideas from all levels - Everyone genuinely cares for each other (including managers) - Inclusive culture - Builds roles around people as they grow - Career paths are flexible based on strengths and weaknesses - Growing quickly but hangs on to valuable employees

      - Agency work is tough!

      Avantages

      - nice team members, my direct manager was kind - work/life balance was decent

      Inconvénients

      - Leadership team is not driving effective strategy and has a biased view of team member performance and contributions to the company - Zero communication on critical updates that directly impact the team, leaving most of us in the dark - A lot of favoritism and for such a small company, there are a lot of politics in between departments and teams. - Growth trajectory and professional development are not prioritized
