Avantages

The potential pros list is getting ever shorter. Nice office and good product.

Inconvénients

Territory is getting smaller, targets are getting bigger and commission plans always changing. Earning potential has significantly decreased and staff are starting to look elsewhere. When I first joined everyone was hungry and wanted to work over time to smash targets. Now people leave on time because the incentive to work late doesn't exist. Management expect you to stay in the office but they are the first ones out the door. Poor culture and weak leaders!

Product, people , culture, spiffs, encouraging

Inconvénients

They don’t spend enough money on the sales team. Laptop you receive is cheap and can effect your work especially during a zoom call with a client

Avantages

Good people in UK, US and Canada who are trying their best, considering the lack of investment and micromanagement by CEO.

Inconvénients

CEO wants to grow in US market, but at Chinese prices, which shows his lack of understanding and strategy. 100% of R&D in China, while rest of world decoupling from China. Company not able to keep top talent, many of CEO's leaders know he is not capable, but hang out for the paycheck.
