      Great career progression. Lots of nice people.

      Inconvénients

      Doesn't feel like we have a great connection with senior management. Not many touch points, it seems forced when they do because they should. CEO is controlling, but he is very ambitious.

      Inconvénients

      They don’t spend enough money on the sales team. Laptop you receive is cheap and can effect your work especially during a zoom call with a client

      Avantages

      Good people in UK, US and Canada who are trying their best, considering the lack of investment and micromanagement by CEO.

      Inconvénients

      CEO wants to grow in US market, but at Chinese prices, which shows his lack of understanding and strategy. 100% of R&D in China, while rest of world decoupling from China. Company not able to keep top talent, many of CEO's leaders know he is not capable, but hang out for the paycheck.
