      Some really good people in the organisation who genuinely care about employees and improving job satisfaction.

      Inconvénients

      Functions by relying on staff to go consistently above and beyond what they’re paid or expected to do. Then rewards this effort by a lack of recognition and a lack of support.

      Flexible working where roles permit. Feel valued Skills and experience utilised. Supportive Managers Provide support with health and wellbeing.

      Inconvénients

      Workload is significant and resource requirements are based on minimum levels. Pay is poor compared to other NHS organisations Too much gossip
