Avantages
Great job, straight out of school / training to get your feet wet in, the medical science field & patient care if you can handle it. I was able to learn a lot and gain a lot of medical/ clinical lab science experience which was very helpful & useful for me all while I was able to pour back into my community and help the patients in need.
Inconvénients
I don’t have many negative things to say about this position but if I had to choose, I would say that it is very busy at that center especially, and so w/in your position, you’re most likely going to be constantly on your feet with not many brakes (or really any chances to sit, except when charting the results) in between constantly going from task to task which could sometimes be a pro, sometimes lol but at the end of the shift your feet are definitely going to be feeling it.
