      Avantages

      It's always good to start a career with growing company, PLS is the same one. It has very good client and learning opportunities. Work timings are general shift 9 am to 6 pm and have some flexibility too. As it's small company one shouldn't expect benefits like MNC, but still salary is good along with good hike.

      Inconvénients

      It's small so you will find work culture bit different than MNCs, No medical insurance and PF deductions.

The employer supports you in every scenario. 10. You will get to learn new technologies and will get a chance to experiment with them.

      Inconvénients

      1. Jack of all trades but master of none. That means you may get to learn many things but you may not get an expert in a particular technology. 2. End-to-end product work is less but scripting work is more. 3. Major work handled by the client, we have to maintain and support their work.
