Incentives. New experience especially for someone like me. It ventures out your ability to interact with people especially those that are of different nationalities. And it also tests your attitude, whether or not you can withstand your workload.
Inconvénients
Since my employment here is contractual and because we were given different range of schedules after the training thus the salary range would be variable for each one.
