      Company expects cheque as security during training which freshers can't afford and experienced won't encourage.

      Avantages

      The firm is very technology savvy. They are very adept at solving IT related issues utilizing innovative and cutting edge technology. The company is extremely tech focused.

      Inconvénients

      The company really doesn’t have a corporate culture. The majority of the staff is located on premise at the customer site. As a result, you often feel disconnected from the larger corporate entity and very little effort is made to share information with the employees.
