Avantages
They have great health insurance and the pay is decent. Most colleagues in office are friends with each other which is both good and bad.
Inconvénients
The work is not properly distributed, inside sales staff works on average 2 hours late everyday because they are covering three different roles that require immediate attention while outside sales often has down time during the day and is actually paid more to perform their one position. They focus a lot on personality tests within the company which is at best entertaining. However, the security of your role is based on who you are friends with in the office and putting on a good act when corporate/regional management is around.
