Average raise given is 2% to 3%, then increases takes 3 to 10 months to become effective from the date it is approved. It's very important that you get hired at the wage you desire because it is unlikely that you can work your way up. Sexual harassment and nepotism is blatant and HR's priority is will always side with Management. Management is predominantly caucasian and it appears there is a strong effort to keep it that way.
