Avantages
Perks (Publicis perks including monthly half days, and regular recognitions) Relatively transparent communications from senior management Big client means varied work and great exposure. Senior management seems to genuinely care about their employees. Teams supported by a good culture. Most team members and managers are very nice and helpful people.
Inconvénients
Limited management other than from top level which doesn’t not affect your day to day work that much. The lack of management is due to 1) some managers are not trained to manage 2) they do not have any bandwidth to manage - they struggling to get their deliverables out No systematic training. Not leveraging Publicis training materials and haven’t developed their own. Expect to learn on the job (figure it out yourself!) Not enough resources. Some teams are constantly under the pump. Not necessarily a bad thing as you learn a lot but when work is rushed and people are stressed it’s obviously not sustainable long term.
