Inconvénients
Everything else. The management is very stringent with deadlines and don't care if there are external factors for delay in outputs. You have zero work life balance. The politics internally is so heavy that you cannot simply finish your work and go home, you need to get your hands dirty. If you for some godforsaken reason don't gel with your "Manager" and they have some personal vendetta against you, they will make your life miserable. You will not be highlighted, given any sort of opportunity and the micro-management is brought down to another level altogether. The higher management is equally unapproachable and are easily influenced by their 'favourites'. They don't care about you as an employee at all. Your peers end up knowing your salaries because they're close to the manager and you are obviously discriminated against that. Pharmeasy is the worst place to work at any point in your career whether you are a fresher or if you're experienced. They don't care about your learning and they don't care about you as an employee. The only people who can thrive here are people who either know/are related to the founders or are in the good books of some 'key' players who can manipulate their way into anything. The work culture is the worst here. It is very demotivating and can get very ugly sometimes. Even if they're offering you a significant raise, don't take the offer. You will thank me.
