      Very lenient company and very generous in benefits

      Inconvénients

      Very traditional and hard to explore new practices. Full of retiring employees and it's hard to get them to try new things/ practices. Promotion is also based on popularity.

      You will have a career and personal growth. Training is good. Good compensation. Enjoyable working environment.
