      Avantages

      Easy going, layed back flexible hours

      Inconvénients

      Pay not to Standards, other employment pays more, and have better benefits. Lack of communication. Too many sales reps and not enough merchs.... also noticed alot of Homophobic talks.. I Mean, it's discouraging for myself
