      Avantages

      There has been a positive shift in the environment, including new management and goals. There seems to be a clearer vision about our work with manageable goals. The challenge will always being funding.

      Inconvénients

      There are still colleagues who complain about hypothetical issues, and historical problems, that no longer exist.
