      Avantages

      Overall nice friendly staff to work with at the Headoffice...not so much anywhere else

      Inconvénients

      From the start (day 1) you are left to figure out how to do things. If you come in with a different mindset, you are almost 'told' to do things the 'Pickfords way' I would not recommend working here TO ANYONE!

      Very long days can be 12+ hours during summer months Vans are very unreliable Minimum wage for a very physical job Manger's disregarding genuine concerns staff have Don't really get brakes No work life balance
