Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Being able to build a firetruck from the ground up and being able to see the end product is cool. Co-workers were amazing/helpful. So hard to leave them.
Inconvénients
Management made horrible decisions regarding the assembly of a truck and the process when they have never actually built one. Managers wouldn’t stick up for his/her employees. Very money driven company. You feel like a number. You are almost always on overtime. You can’t get a raise if you work hard and show up on time every day. I was going above and beyond training new people for a 2nd shift and learned the whole assembly process and still wouldn’t give me a raise. Just the yearly raise they give everyone. No incentive to work then.
