      Inconvénients

      CEO is in USA so may have meetings post working hours but you can leave early from office to Keep up with 8 Hours of work

      Inconvénients

      The only cons is TimeDoctor. What i feel about it is that it is like a torcher for an individual. You should allow your employees to work freely w/o any micromanagement like timedoctor and all.
