Ok Work environment. Move up quickly. Give your ideas.

Inconvénients

Head Chef is not there all the time. Wants you do to do everything. Waste of to much produce, produce would go bad all the time.

Avantages

Access to high quality ingredients, ability to be creative, opportunities for growth, family style lunch break

Inconvénients

First red flag was when I found out I was being paid the same as someone with 10 years less experience, was then made to sign an agreement that there would be no internal conversation of pay rates, terrible inconsistent communication from upper management who weren’t keeping up logistically with the growth of the company and were implementing policies Willy nilly and never got the proper training on how to manage people. Weird ethos of treatment of animals as more important than treatment of employees.
