Inconvénients

Fast-paced environment can feel demanding. Project timelines sometimes tight. Cross-team communication could improve during scaling. Limited bench time between projects.

Avantages

Upper management and the CEO actually cares and tries to stay as tuned in as possible. The people team is fantastic and really does try to drive culture in a remote first workplace. Work/life balance is ok from a consulting standpoint. The people at Plative that are in the trenches with you every day are outstanding and really do make work tolerable.

Inconvénients

Pay is mid tier. Middle management is bloated and is primarily focused on sales/driving new logos...not really focused on their teams or its issues. Senior resources are often overutilized and Plative chooses to throw more junior resources/middle management on the project, straining it further than solving the issue. You can't squeeze blood out of a turnip.
