Avantages
Good product for automotive. Good training program. Great benefits.
Inconvénients
Tough product to sell due to internal policies. Company is extremely rigid to their approach to the market. They make it very hard for prospects to buy from them. Position their product as enterprise but really is a mid-market ERP. Pricing not aligned with product. Company is top heavy with management. Excessive meetings. A lot of turnover! Both layoffs and voluntary exits.
