Really toxic company culture. Management will often gossip about other employees behind their back and only care about making themselves look good. Everyone here backstabs each other with a smile, and show little empathy for other people. Don't be fooled by their friendly facade during interviews, everything will change after you sign your employment contract. Join this company if you enjoy being a snake, avoid at all costs if you have a soul. (To maintain anonymity I will not write my actual job function, but the toxic culture and management I described can be found throughout every department in the company.)
