Avantages
A very nice office with a beautiful view of Mt. Rainier. Free snacks and soda. Flexible working hours, unless you are on-call. A wide open floor plan.
Inconvénients
Company direction changed ever quarter. What once was a critical priority, may not be spoken of or followed through on without explanation. The company's revenue stream is limited to a handful of high dollar partners making the damage from a lost contract devastating. middle management turnover and org changes are too common. managers quit and teams are passed around to VPs. I've seen companies "pivot", but never this poorly...
