Avantages

pay is good. they also allowed wfh for awhile

Inconvénients

commissions are very bad. 6 days a week work. lack of leads. misleading promises on job ads. saying 100k commission is possible where in fact you have to sell around 65 accounts a month just to reach that. take note the average you sell even if you work hard is around 20. training is also misleading and not accurate when it comes to the real job. Management is also unreasonable always blaming the agents for not hitting targets but theyre not providing enough traffic for 30 to 40 agents to actually sell.
