      Lots of travel to Mexico, and learn from revenue management, OTA's, Hotel strategy, develop relationships with internal and external steak holders

      Avantages

      Nice working environment, Bonuses at the end of the year, good benefits, etc.

      Inconvénients

      Too much micromanaging, management was somewhat bad in regards to setting the tone, hiring outside the company made it hard to grow, I basically had to train a new manager who was over me lol, like what???
