      - Free lunches and snacks - Maternity leave - CEO put his heart and his soul into the company and you can see his investment into the product he is proud to flaunt - Care somewhat about personal development - Posh parties and celebrations

      Inconvénients

      - Predominantly female population with EXTREMELY cliquey environment. Trust me, I am not exaggerating this. If you don't fit in with the cliques that are present, believe you will have an unpleasant experience at Poshmark just waiting to clock out - Minimal work from home allowance - Minimal management transparency - Compensation on the low side in terms of competing offers I had for similar positions - Believe you will be worked to the brim

      - Culture Shift: Do not rely on historical reviews. The executive transition in late 2025 fundamentally altered the day to day work environment. - Lack of Clarity: Strategic direction from the top is highly fragmented, leaving team ownership and individual accountability confusing. - Stagnant Mobility: Professional development has stalled, with minimal internal investment in employee career growth. Post Acquisition Friction: Following the acquisition, the corporate environment has shifted toward a rigid, highly bureaucratic, and top down operational style. Low Psychological Safety: Organizational changes have significantly eroded trust and psychological safety across teams.
