We're trying to build truly accountable teams, which involves a level of transparency similar to that found in a sports team. Ideally, if we all share the same goal and fate, people would speak openly about how others can fully contribute. We have more work to do in this department.

Position2 is at this point in time, poised to make a quantum leap in terms of its growth as well as in uncovering new vistas for exploration. There’s a renewed energy within the organization as well as from clients and partners. There have been a recent slew of awards and recognition that have come our way and has added to elevating our combined energy levels. My colleagues are amongst the best in the industry and the work environment is relaxed, friendly and yet efficient. This is the time to be at Position2.

Nothing is perfect and if you look for shortcomings in anything, you’ll be sure to find something. Position2 is by no means perfect and at times, people tend to focus more on inter personal dynamics rather than on the job. This has its obvious effects on work efficiencies in the workplace. But it’s not so major or uncommon a situation that plagues only us- it’s a universal phenomenon. This can and is being fixed.
