      Avantages

      You will always have something new to work on. There is growth but at a cost.

      Inconvénients

      There is ZERO work-life balance. Mark my words. Deadlines are ill-managed, in fact, management doesn't consider its employees even the seniors are into themselves least bothered about the stress and pressure their subordinates might be going through. If the clients want they can change the deadline date as per their wish and management does nothing for those who are actually working on the project and under the direct influence. They simply bow down. Take a strict note of their leave and other policy if u are already there. It's going to be a tough ride ahead. For those of u who are not in and going for interview please walk away for betterment.

      Sounds like you were not well suited for our environment. Client work is very demanding. They expect our best. We only want those who have the passion, confidence, and skill set to achieve lofty client demand acceleration goals. Our team invests a significant amount of resources in training and coaching. We actively work with clients on deadlines and have let go of those who are indecisive, wildly inconsistent or treat our team poorly. We do not believe in work-life balance. That implies that work is a grind - not for us. Our mission is to enable great innovators to succeed in rapidly connecting to new customers. If you love it, you don't worry about vacations. You seem more concerned about leaves and a place that spoon feeds you. Maybe a big company or government job would be better for you. Glad you moved on. We are very fortunate so many of our team have returned from other experiences. I wish you the very best in your career and personal life.

      Inconvénients

      We're trying to build truly accountable teams, which involves a level of transparency similar to that found in a sports team. Ideally, if we all share the same goal and fate, people would speak openly about how others can fully contribute. We have more work to do in this department.

      Inconvénients

      1. Close collaboration with the India-based team is required, which often means frequent late-night or early-morning meetings due to time zone differences. 2. The pace is fast and expectations are high, making work-life balance challenging at times. 3. As with many rapidly growing organizations, processes and resourcing can feel inconsistent and require a high level of adaptability.
