Sometime there will be no work, you will get bored Some senior persons are misguider and blamers There are people who does not do anything, but still get recognition all the times because of their experience. Seniors try to take credit for the work done by freshers No AC - Yes u heard it right. Ac is installed inside office but will not get turned on until the Head of office or senior HR feels it is hot. You can't request to turn on ac too. Sometimes you will feel like you are in a fish market. No courtesy while talking. Everyone will be on their full volume. Chit chats, gossips makes the room noisy. Not a silent place to work.
