      Avantages

      Provided company vehicle, no cost benefits that were decent

      Inconvénients

      Management is horrible, and if you aren't Spanish speaking, you will be replaced and looked down upon. HR doesn't follow through with contractual agreements, and growth and upward movement is next to near impossible for US born citizens.

      Avantages

      The environment is friendly. Majority of employees at the Gilbert office are Bilingual as the company is Spanish. The support and literate is in English. I’m not sure why other reviews complain about a language barrier that was probably before my time. The work life balance is the best I’ve experienced. That’ll be what I miss the most.

      Inconvénients

      The work is fast paced as downed equipment is a high priority.
