      Avantages

      I’ve worked here for over 2 years now and I’ve been able to see how the company care for their workforce and reward hard work. Your work does not go unnoticed. Incentives are used on a regular basis to help keep you motivated and enjoy what you do. Management listen and offer support if needed. For those who go the extra mile, they are recognised and receive deserved praise which is good to see. Good perks and benefits come with the job. It’s by far the best place I’ve worked.

      Inconvénients

      No Cons regarding Powerforce, like any job you have good days and sometimes bad days.

      Low salary and no benefits. Micromanager from hell.
