Again, teams chats run a business. -All decisions are based on feelings and not data -They treat our contractors like dogs s*** and backcharge them for anything that is our fault to avoid us paying. -They let clients run all over everyone, even when the clients' requests go directly against our contract. -Senior managment care about fake metrics like proposals. It doesnt matter how much business is generated as long as you have proposals. So $1mil in proposals with $0 in generated revenue makes you a top contributor. -Nice people but they will stab you in the back when you are not looking
