Powertek really values its employees and I constantly feel surrounded by people that care about my professional development and success! While some reviewers have highlighted problems with management, I have seen nothing out of the ordinary and, in fact, feel like Powertek has managers and executives that are directly accessible and available for conversations and feedback regarding the success of its work. All of my colleagues are incredible dedicated to the mission at hand and expect nothing less of their coworkers.

All of my colleagues are incredibly dedicated to the mission at hand and expect nothing less of their coworkers. High energy and strong opinions come with that dedication sometimes, but it's better than a group of coworkers that just don't care.
