We have actually expanded on our training and development program and have established an online training portal (PowertekU) for our employees, which offers thousands of online technology courses for free to all employees. I am sorry to hear that your experience was not what you were seeking in a work environment. It is true that most of our projects require being in the office or onsite with the customer, but we find the majority of our employees enjoy this collaborative environment where they are able to interface directly with the customer. We agree snow days are no fun! However, we do try to make alternate arrangements for employees where possible, allow them to borrow leave if needed, and in the case of government shutdown have even created an Emergency Relief Fund for exactly this purpose.
