      Avantages

      Quality of work is excellent. A lot of talent in the room, roleplayer-coaches intrinsically motivated to do a great job, which is inspiring to be around. Pride in the work and results we delivered to clients. The work is engaging and challenging - requiring intellectual, creative and emotional skillsets.

      Inconvénients

      New management treats contractors like units of production instead of talented, creative people. Pay is low for the job expectations and experience and talents of the team.
