Avantages
Besides the great abundance of stress, it's a good work environment. At one point they tried to take away the Starbucks and replace it with fair trade coffee, but that only lasted a few weeks. They do have great smart people around the company and do typically listen to anonymous requests as I've noticed a few of my suggestions being carried out. Flexible work hours were great and never an issue working from home, which does go far. Pay is decent.
Inconvénients
Huge lack of communication and amiability between departments that are supposed to be working in tandem with each other. Things were a lot better when the company was Metrics Marketing. New ownership is doing a great job at making this place more stressful and disunified, but I guess that comes with being a larger more beurocratic company. Hours could be long, but when it got too stressful I would just check out. You need to hire additional resources rather than expecting your employees to clock 60-hr weeks. My short term outlook of the company is very grim, and while I would recommend this place to a potential employee for the decent pay and flex hours, I wouldn't recommend a potential client.
