      Avantages

      High pay wage even with “1099” truck and tool pay. ( only hurts employee by lowering OT scale)

      Inconvénients

      Supervisors advise employees to falsify billing to increase pay. Supervisors will tell you to do incorrect or wrong procedures then will not have your back when issues arise. Worst supervisors I’ve ever worked under.

      Call center supervisor talks about everyone behind their backs and is friendly face to face and will turn on you in a second.
