      Avantages

      As at any small company, you will get an opportunity to do many tasks.

      Inconvénients

      Owner is onsite but isolated. No interaction with employees, standoffish. Company is extremely top heavy. Many managers but not many workers. Company blatantly lays off older workers and hires young workers. If considering employment, consider average tenure of actual workers, not management. CEO prides himself on being a bully in negotiations and with employees.

      Avantages

      All around great place to work. Many of the employees have worked at Preco for more than 10 years, some for much longer. As with many smaller companies, there are lots of opportunities to wear different hats, and to learn and develop new skills on a variety of projects.

      Inconvénients

      Like other smaller companies, there are few opportunities for advancement into management, however, there is plenty of room to grow within your role.
