      Avantages

      Precor is a leading commercial fitness company that is a great live/work balance with flexible work schedules, building workout rooms/showers and the expectation to lead a healthy lifestyle. It's inspiring to see the products be manufactured in the buildings on campus and work among the product designers and engineers.

      Inconvénients

      Office cubicles are outdated and uninspiring, but it sounds like they are on thier way out.

      Avantages

      Great fellow employees. This is what allows for long term employee retention. Amazing and supportive managers that are genuine and care about their employees.

      Inconvénients

      The company has always struggled with keeping up to date with technology. It is their Achilles heel and will always be despite a decade of management changes.
