      Avantages

      Very flexible with work life balance. People are generally easy going and great spirit. Some middle management need to find a different line of work.

      Inconvénients

      Disorganized at times and lack of responsibility for areas of concern. Certain people will not take ownership of their own shortcomings. Not very much room to move up and a bunch of turn over at all levels.

      Great company to work for. I am learning so much and no one will ever hesitate to answer your questions.

      Avantages

      Great fellow employees. This is what allows for long term employee retention. Amazing and supportive managers that are genuine and care about their employees.

      Inconvénients

      The company has always struggled with keeping up to date with technology. It is their Achilles heel and will always be despite a decade of management changes.
