      Avantages

      Good pay, benefits, and location.

      Inconvénients

      They do not care about people as individuals. Many long-term employees that worked far more than the 40 hours per week to get all the work done required of them have been laid off in the last two years and replaced with lesser paid and lesser qualified employees.

      Avantages

      Great fellow employees. This is what allows for long term employee retention. Amazing and supportive managers that are genuine and care about their employees.

      Inconvénients

      The company has always struggled with keeping up to date with technology. It is their Achilles heel and will always be despite a decade of management changes.
