      Avantages

      They are understanding, professional, approachable, and kind. Good pay. Friendly coworkers.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of teamwork and no proper delegation of announcements, as people don't know who to contact for this and that, and not announcing the new person assigned to this and that-in short, lack of communication.

      Avantages

      Great fellow employees. This is what allows for long term employee retention. Amazing and supportive managers that are genuine and care about their employees.

      Inconvénients

      The company has always struggled with keeping up to date with technology. It is their Achilles heel and will always be despite a decade of management changes.
