Because this is a smaller company, it's easier to get to know your colleagues. Also, if you're needing help you can easily approach your supervisor with no issues.
Inconvénients
The company expects you to overwork while receiving very little pay in return. They trick you by telling you that you can make up to $15/hr, depending on how many cases you complete. However, each case is no more than 15-30 min at max, and you only get paid a few cents per minute. In addition to that, they will request you to work additional hours during the week or weekends. Of course, it's up to the employee but still very annoying considering how little they pay.
